Careers - Cycle Showroom - Assistant Manager
We currently wish to recruit a full time Assistant Manager to join our new and expanding busy E-bike division.
Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
- Customer liaison and sales including advising and recommending products and services.
- Support the merchandising of the store by ensuring that products are in the right place and in the right quantities
- Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders, payments and warranties)
- Ensure the workshop is running efficiently and effectively and that all workshop tasks are completed to a high standard in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a smart, safe, and tidy workshop, showroom and warehousing space.
- Taking part in the admin / organization of demo events.
Essential Criteria:
- A positive attitude
- It is essential that the successful candidate is a technical end user of the products we sell, has a keen and active interest in cycling
- A friendly and confident manner
- The ability to learn
- A passion for our products and be an ambassador for our values and our brands
- An experience in a similar supervisory role would be beneficial but is not essential
- Excellent communications skills, ensuring consistently high standards in customer service and sales.
- Able to work on Saturday and occasional Sunday when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Saturday (5 days, rotating day off during the week)
Experience:
- Retail: 1 year (Preferred)
- Mechanic: 1 year (Preferred)
